MOR – Country Management for an Australian bath & bodycare brand

MOR started in Melbourne in 2001. The first iteration of the brand was a small but distinctive collection of hand-crafted soaps. These featured luxurious ingredients in unique fragrances and opulent packaging, laying the foundations of the brand philosophy going forward. Twenty years on, MOR is renowned as an Australian and international success story, with collections now available in 21 countries worldwide.

The brand required an "on the ground" representative to help lead the growth of MOR in the UK.

What We Did

For over 5 years, The Red Tree provided Country Management for MOR in the UK, handling its retail operations. This involved day-to-day communications with the Australian team, retailer business development, training, and liaising with warehousing, PR and other third parties.

The Result

MOR expanded distribution to Feelunique/Sephora, LookFantastic, Fortnum and Mason, Indulge, Very, Amazon and into over 100 Waitrose stores.
