Hava Zingboim – Launch strategy and financial model for a high-tech, family owned skincare company

Founded in 2004, Hava Zingboim is an advanced, high-tech family owned skincare company

with clinically proven proprietary delivery systems that enable best in class, state of the art ingredients to penetrate the deepest layers of the skin. With a highly reputable R & D department, the brand is the leading professional skincare brand in its domestic market, with a presence in over 2,000 clinics and spas.

Hava Zingboim engaged Shawpoint, a London based investment bank, to manage a capital raise process. The raise was intended to fund international expansion, with the UK and US identified as priority markets. To support investor dialogue, Hava Zingboim Cosmetics Ltd and Shawpoint required the completion of a launch strategy and accompanying financial model that would demonstrate costs and return on investment, associated with a UK and US market entry.

The Red Tree was engaged by Shawpoint on behalf of Hava Zingboim Cosmetics Ltd to complete this work. The Red Tree identified that the brand's ground breaking technology would play an instrumental role in the brand's success, and developed a highly detailed overview of costs and actions necessary to successfully launch into the UK and US. The Red Tree provided objectives and strategies for both markets and a profit/loss summary outlining Hava Zingboim's financial positioning over 5 years.

The model was used by Shawpoint in meetings with potential investors and developed interest amongst multi-national corporations.
