We expect 2018 to be an exciting year, with the need for an online presence being as big as ever, the competition for customers will be intense so everything you do will need to be the best you can offer.
Personally, we recommend building custom content, investing in a website audit & ensuring you are ready for GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) the largest data protection change in a generation.

Here are some trends that we can expect to see in 2018:

Content Marketing
In 2017 there’s been many exciting new techniques found and lots of studies into the way customers digest information, including the realisation that less words, really is more when it comes to writing blogs, or that content can increase conversion rates more so than traditional ecommerce.

Our 2018 Predictions:

1. More personalised content used to engage customers (including surveys, personal recommendations and update CRM journeys etc.)

2. Shorter blog posts that will really appeal to those who skim read content

3. Don’t create content just for content’s sake. Create content that builds trust and provides advice and knowledge to your customer demographic

4. Video marketing becoming more popular on websites, rather than just on social channels
