Essential Duties:
• Building total business sales through achieving daily sales goals
• Providing outstanding education & service to the customer
• Establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships through regular contact and follow up whilst continuing to build a clientele book
Candidates must have a proven track record in achieving sales goals, a record of building a loyal clientele and able to demonstrate skincare products on clients. The successful candidate will be independent and self-motivated, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be driven and available to work weekends.
Education and/or Experience:
• 2+ years of retail sales experience in luxury skincare is preferred
• NVQ Level 2 Beauty Therapy qualification is preferred
