What We Did

Following a recommendation from a major investment fund, The Red Tree developed a market entry strategy that included the brands positioning and messaging, retail pricing strategy and retailer selection. The Red Tree has been engaged since 2018 to deliver a UK and Europe Country Management programme and subsequently secured the brands first listing, in an exclusive global deal with Net-a-Porter. Using its well trusted network of contacts, The Red Tree was instrumental in the selection of a UK PR agency and a logistics provider. The press coverage of the brand has been exceptional.

The Results

The brand has now expanded into Liberty, SpaceNK, Harvey Nichols and selected premium online retailers in both the UK and Europe. The Red Tree has also commenced a professional focus with luxury spa partnerships with Pan Pacific London Kalon Parlour and other spa partners to be announced shortly. Globally, the brand is now listed in over 100 luxury retailers and etailers alongside spa partners such as Canyon Ranch and Four Seasons South Korea.
