U Beauty – UK Country Management for a US based high-performance skincare brand

U Beauty is a luxury beauty company founded on the premise that the future of skincare is about precision and customisation. Its team develops innovative, science-backed formulas at a clinical-grade lab in Italy. These are powered by multi-patent-pending SIREN Capsule Technology. This precision delivery system adapts to your unique concerns as they evolve throughout your life, day to day, moment to moment.

Having achieved great success in the US domestic market, U Beauty wanted to replicate this approach in the UK. Therefore, the brand needed a careful and considered UK retail strategy alongside ongoing UK Country Management.

U Beauty engaged The Red Tree to create and implement this UK retail strategy. As a result, the work successfully repositioned the brand and provided a healthy foundation for growth.

Now in our 4th year of partnership as we enter 2026, The Red Tree provides UK Country Management for U Beauty. We work collaboratively with the US Head Office team as their in-market extension. Together, we have taken the brand from two shelves to a beautiful, custom designed counter in Harrods. Additionally, we have delivered double-digit year-on-year sales growth. We have also celebrated multiple sell-out, revenue-generating, in-store customer-facing events. Finally, we have launched the brand with new retailer partners Harvey Nichols and Liberty.
