U Beauty – UK Country Management for a US based high-performance skincare brand

U Beauty is a luxury beauty company founded on the premise that the future of skincare is about precision and customisation. The innovative, science-backed formulas are developed at a clinical-grade lab in Italy and powered by multi-patent-pending SIREN Capsule Technology, a precision delivery system that adapts to your unique concerns as they evolve throughout your life – day to day, moment to moment.

Having achieved great success in the US domestic market, U Beauty sought to replicate a similar approach in the UK through a careful and considered UK retail strategy and ongoing UK management.

The Red Tree was engaged by U Beauty to create and implement a UK retail strategy. This work successfully repositioned the brand and provided a healthy foundation for growth.

Now in our 4th year of partnership as we enter 2026, The Red Tree is the UK Country Manager for U Beauty, working collaboratively with the US Head Office team as their in-market extension. Together, we have taken the brand from two shelves to a beautiful, custom designed counter in Harrods whilst delivering double-digit year-on-year sales growth, celebrated multiple sell out, revenue generating, in store customer-facing events and launched the brand with new retailer partners Harvey Nichols and Liberty.
